Astrid Stuckelberger and others have launched a new initiative, Alliance Humaine or Human Alliance.  It is about providing health advice at no cost and teaching support for families who have withdrawn children from school.  At the moment it is in French, but they would like to expand to other countries so they are looking for help from doctors, nurses, teachers, translators, IT people and administrators.  If you can help, please contact Alliance Humaine at https://www.ah2020.org/
Below is a summary sent to me by a correspondent.  Please spread the word as this is the kind of initiative we need as we move forward.

So, when you go to the Human Alliance website, you choose the option “international health” and from there you have different choices to make, depending on whether you want to offer your services in the medical field, in IT, in secretarial work etc. ….
There are also the bank details of the Alliance’s account in Geneva for donations
the Human Alliance sells caps, medallions etc. made by a member of the team and the profits are almost entirely given to the “baskets of the heart” which are distributed free of charge to people in precarious situations.
As far as the medical aspect is concerned, for the moment only one category of carers is involved: those who do not have to be in contact with the patients but who can make a diagnosis by videoconference. Due to a loophole in the official regulations, doctors – even if they have been struck off the register – are allowed to issue prescriptions but are not allowed to be paid. The Alliance has therefore contacted a company in Luxembourg that can supply all the food supplements and homeopathic remedies and send them within 4 days. Doctors will have to prescribe as cheap remedies as possible as patients will not be reimbursed by social security.  In some cases, however, health workers will be allowed to visit patients, for whom everything (except the medicines, which they will have to order themselves from the Luxembourg company) will be free of charge. They will only be asked, if their situation allows it, to make a donation to the Alliance without any obligation. As an NGO, the Alliance will only function through donations. There will be a system of calculation whereby donations will be divided on a pro-rata basis between the different members of each category of caregiver. The Alliance will keep only a small percentage to ensure its functioning
Therefore: all applicants must understand that at the beginning they will not be paid and will act on a voluntary basis
Patients who are deemed untreatable by the Alliance and who require examinations, hospitalisation or remedies that are only possible in the official health system will be referred to the latter.
As the name suggests, this will be the International Health Alliance; for the moment the site is restricted to French-speaking countries anywhere in the world (Canada, Africa etc…) but Antoine is looking for volunteers to translate the texts so that the different European countries can have a version in their own language. Perhaps some of your former colleagues could contribute to this great action?
There are already 17 secretaries employed and many more are needed
People with knowledge of computers, telephony, graphics, etc. are also in demand
A fairly large number of doctors have already signed up. For the latter, there will be a rather extensive questionnaire to fill in, as it is out of the question to accept a so-called doctor who does not have the required qualifications. And the medical/healthcare staff who will be in physical contact with the patients will also have to provide their postal address, as it will be necessary to know in which region to send them… And those who would allow themselves to ask for any payment from their patient will be immediately ejected from the system
A second component will be called the School of the Heart and will operate on the same principle, except that the emphasis will be on accompanying parents who have taken their child out of school, in order to offer them support in the school programme. Astrid Stuckelberger a travaillé comme une forcenée pour pouvoir présenter le détail des possibilités (je crois qu’il y a quelques centaines de pages…)
En allant donc sur le site de l’Alliance Humaine on choisit l’option “santé internationale et de là il y a différents choix à faire, selon si on veut offrir ses services dans le médical, l’informatique, le secrétariat etc….
Il y a également les coordonnées bancaires du compte de l’Alliance à Genève pour les dons 
l’Alliance Humaine vend des bonnets, casquettes, médailons etc faits par un membre de l’équipe et les bénéfices sont presque intégralement versés aux “paniers du coeur” qui sont distribués gratuitement à des personnes en situation de précarité.
En ce qui concerne le volet médical, pour le moment seule une catégorie de soignants entre en ligne de compte: ceux qui ne doivent pas être en contact avec les patients mais qui peuvent établir un diagnostic par visioconférence. Suite à une faille dans la réglementation officielle, les médecins – même rayés de l’Ordre – ont le droit d’établir des prescriptions mais n’ont pas le droit de se faire rémunérer. L’Alliance a donc contacté une société au Luxembourg qui peut fournir tous les compléments alimentaires et remèdes homéopathiques et les envoie dans un délai de 4 jours. Car les médecins vont devoir autant que faire se peut prescrire des remèdes aussi peu onéreux que possible  étant donné que les patients ne seront pas remboursés par la sécurité sociale.  Dans certains cas des personnels de la santé auront le droit malgré tout de se déplacer chez les patients pour lesquels tout (à l’exclusion des médicaments qu’ils devront eux-mêmes commander auprès de la société luxembourgeoise) sera gratuit. Il leur sera uniquement demandé si leur situation le permet, de faire un don à l’Alliance sans aucun caractère obligatoire. En tant qu’ONG l’Alliance ne fonctionnera que par les dons. Il y aura un système de calcul selon lequel les dons seront répartis au prorata des interventions entre les différents membres de chaque catégorie de soignants. L’Alliance ne gardera qu’un faible pourcentage pour assurer son fonctionnement
Donc: tous les postulants doivent bien comprendre qu’au début ils ne seront pas payés et agiront sur la base du bénévolat
Les malades jugés non soignables par l’Alliance et qui nécessiteront des examens , hospitalisation ou remèdes uniquement possibles dans le parcours de santé officiel seront renvoyés vers ces derniers.

Un deuxième volet s’intitulera l’Ecole du Coeur et fonctionnera un peu sur le même principe, sauf que l’accent sera mis sur l’accompagnement des parents qui ont déscolarisé leur  enfant, afin de leur offrir un soutien dans le programme scolaire . Le but étant évidemment d’assurer la réussite de l’enfant. Cela se fera également par visioconférence et ne nécessite pas forcément l’intervention d’enseignants diplômés, surtout pour les plus jeunes enfants. Ensuite viendront sans aucun doute les étudiants plus âgés qui auront besoin de soutien scolaire ou de cours plus poussés dispensés par des enseignants reconnus…

Die Human Alliance verkauft Mützen, Medaillons usw., die von einem Mitglied des Teams hergestellt wurden. Der Erlös kommt fast vollständig den “Körben des Herzens” zugute, die kostenlos an Menschen in prekären Situationen verteilt werden.
Was den medizinischen Aspekt betrifft, so gibt es derzeit nur eine Kategorie von Pflegekräften: diejenigen, die nicht in Kontakt mit den Patienten sein müssen, sondern per Videokonferenz eine Diagnose stellen können. Aufgrund eines Schlupflochs in den offiziellen Vorschriften dürfen Ärzte – auch wenn sie aus dem Register gestrichen wurden – zwar Rezepte ausstellen, aber nicht bezahlt werden. Die Allianz hat sich daher an ein Unternehmen in Luxemburg gewandt, das alle Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und homöopathischen Mittel liefern und innerhalb von 4 Tagen versenden kann. Die Ärzte werden möglichst billige Medikamente verschreiben müssen, da die Patienten keine Kostenerstattung durch die Sozialversicherung erhalten werden.  In einigen Fällen wird das Gesundheitspersonal jedoch Patienten besuchen dürfen, für die alles (außer den Medikamenten, die sie selbst bei der luxemburgischen Firma bestellen müssen) kostenlos ist. Sie werden nur dann um eine Spende an das Bündnis gebeten, wenn ihre Situation dies zulässt, ohne dass eine Verpflichtung besteht. Als Nichtregierungsorganisation (NRO) wird das Bündnis nur durch Spenden funktionieren. Es wird ein Berechnungssystem geben, bei dem die Spenden anteilig auf die verschiedenen Mitglieder jeder Kategorie von Betreuungspersonen aufgeteilt werden. Das Bündnis behält nur einen kleinen Prozentsatz ein, um sein Funktionieren zu gewährleisten.
Deshalb: Alle Bewerber müssen sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass sie zu Beginn nicht bezahlt werden und auf freiwilliger Basis tätig sind.
Patienten, die von der Allianz als nicht behandelbar eingestuft werden und die Untersuchungen, Krankenhausaufenthalte oder Behandlungen benötigen, die nur im offiziellen Gesundheitssystem möglich sind, werden an dieses System überwiesen.
Wie der Name schon sagt, handelt es sich um die Internationale Gesundheitsallianz; im Moment ist die Website auf französischsprachige Länder in der ganzen Welt (Kanada, Afrika usw.) beschränkt, aber Antoine sucht Freiwillige, die die Texte übersetzen, damit die verschiedenen europäischen Länder eine Version in ihrer eigenen Sprache haben können. Für letztere ist ein recht umfangreicher Fragebogen auszufüllen, denn es kommt nicht in Frage, einen so genannten Arzt zu akzeptieren, der nicht über die erforderlichen Qualifikationen verfügt. Und das medizinische/pflegerische Personal, das in physischem Kontakt mit den Patienten steht, muss auch seine Postanschrift angeben, da man wissen muss, in welche Region man sie schicken muss… Und diejenigen, die es sich erlauben würden, von ihren Patienten eine Bezahlung zu verlangen, werden sofort aus dem System ausgeschlossen
Eine zweite Komponente wird den Namen “Schule des Herzens” tragen und nach demselben Prinzip funktionieren, mit dem Unterschied, dass der Schwerpunkt auf der Begleitung von Eltern liegt, die ihr Kind aus der Schule genommen haben, um ihnen Unterstützung im Schulprogramm zu bieten. Das Ziel ist natürlich, den Erfolg des Kindes sicherzustellen. Dies geschieht ebenfalls per Videokonferenz und erfordert nicht unbedingt den Einsatz von qualifizierten Lehrern, insbesondere bei jüngeren Kindern. Dann gibt es zweifellos noch die älteren Schüler, die Nachhilfe oder weiterführende Kurse bei anerkannten Lehrern benötigen…
